During this week we will be evaluating each participant to find the men who are serious about investing the effort required to make real life changes. \nWhat to expect: Monday – Thursday you will be working out from 8am to 11am\, get a one hour break for lunch and then participate in team building activities from 12pm – 3pm. On Friday you will have an interview with the 4:13 Strong staff.
