Dan Hughes

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Dan brings over two decades of leadership and service to the 4:13 Strong team. He spent 22 years in the U.S. Army, including 19 years in Army Special Forces, serving in some of the most challenging environments around the world. After retiring from the military, Dan transitioned into private security and personal protection, helping individuals, families, and organizations strengthen their awareness and preparedness.

Dan holds certifications in Leadership and Negotiation from Harvard Business School, as well as Special Operations Instructor and Advanced Leadership courses. He is deeply passionate about equipping young men with the discipline, mindset, and emotional control needed to succeed, both on the job site and in life.

Outside of work, Dan is a devoted husband and father to four sons. He enjoys fitness, adventure travel, and investing in the next generation through faith-based leadership programs. He is committed to upholding high standards, living with purpose, and guiding others to discover their true identity and calling.
