Rob Villas

Rob is originally from Minneapolis, MN and received an Economics and Finance Degree from Bethel University in MN but migrated south to Nashville in late 2014. He has worked in corporate and commercial banking for over 10 years. Rob has a passion for business, economics, and finance but has discovered that investing in people pays infinitely higher dividends than investing in assets.

Prior to joining 4:13 Strong as a board member in 2023, Rob went through the Young Leaders Council program in an effort to be trained to serve and give back to a local nonprofit that is directly impacting and transforming the community in a positive way. The mission of 4:13 Strong instantly resonated with Rob as he discovered mental toughness week, the residence program, and the potential to change the life trajectory of participants in the program through a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ and the freedom provided in knowing Him.

He and his wife and daughter live in Nashville and attend West End Community Church. In his free time, Rob loves traveling, hiking, and reading.
