Lamar Ward

Lamar Ward is a Nashville native and a 4:13 Strong alum. After graduating the program in 2016, Lamar remained employed with Brand Safway and began to work his way up the ladder, proving himself as a leader in his field. As Lamar continued to climb the ladder of success in his profession, he maintained his relationship with 4:13 Strong serving as a mentor and Graduate House Manager. Now the General Superintendent of the Fireproofing division at Charlie Irwin Painting, Lamar continues to grow &  succeed in his personal and professional life and be a fantastic example of what is possible for 4:13 Strong participants. In 2022, Lamar chose to increase his impact as a leader and mentor at 4:13 Strong by joining the board of directors.
